Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Camera not powering on | Low or incorrectly installed batteries | Replace batteries with new ones, ensuring correct polarity. |
| No signal/Cannot transmit data | Weak cellular signal, inactive SIM card, or antenna not properly attached | Relocate camera to an area with better signal. Ensure SIM card is active and antenna is securely attached. Check data plan status in the app. |
| Blurry images/videos | Dirty lens, camera movement, or incorrect focus settings | Clean the lens. Ensure camera is securely mounted. Check focus settings if adjustable (S950 has auto-focus). |
| Excessive battery drain | Frequent triggers, poor signal strength (camera constantly searching), or low-quality batteries | Reduce trigger sensitivity or interval. Ensure good signal strength. Use high-quality alkaline or rechargeable batteries. |
| SD card error | Incompatible or corrupted SD card | Use a Class 10 or higher SD card (up to 256GB). Format the SD card in the camera or on a computer. Try a different SD card. |
