4.1. Wiring Connections

Refer to the wiring diagram for correct connections. The package includes a CANBUS decoder for steering wheel control integration.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Basic Operation

The unit powers on automatically with the vehicle's ignition. Use the 7-inch IPS touchscreen for all interactions. The intuitive Android 15 interface allows for easy navigation through apps and settings.

5.2. Steering Wheel Control (SWC)

With the included CANBUS decoder, you can integrate your vehicle's steering wheel controls. Access the SWC learning function in the settings menu to map your steering wheel buttons to the autoradio's functions.

5.3. Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto

Connect your iPhone or Android smartphone wirelessly via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to access Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. This allows for seamless integration of navigation, music, messages, and voice assistants (Siri/Google Assistant). Note: Samsung and Huawei phones are not supported for this feature.

5.4. GPS Navigation & Wi-Fi

The unit comes with Google Maps pre-installed. Connect to Wi-Fi to view real-time traffic conditions or download map data for offline navigation. You can also stream music from Spotify, watch YouTube, and download other applications via Wi-Fi.

5.5. Bluetooth 5.0 & DSP FM/RDS

Utilize Bluetooth 5.0 for hands-free calls, music streaming, and automatic phonebook loading. The high-quality FM/RDS radio features automatic channel search and 18 preset stations. The Digital Sound Processor (DSP) with 32-band equalization allows for customizable audio settings to enhance your listening experience.

5.6. Mirror Link

Mirror your smartphone screen (iOS and Android) onto the autoradio display via Wi-Fi or USB cable. This allows you to view navigation, videos, and other content from your phone on the larger screen. For Android, ensure USB debugging is enabled in developer options.

5.7. Multi-Functions

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Power Consumption Issues

If your car media player experiences power consumption issues, try the following solutions:

1. Confirm whether the CANBUS and the A&B ports of the power line are connected at the same time. Do not connect them simultaneously.
2. If the CANBUS is connected, try unplugging it to see if the issue persists. This can help determine whether the problem is related to the CANBUS.
3. After turning off the engine, you can test whether the ACC red wire of the power supply still has electricity. Confirm whether there is a wiring error. If the ACC red wire still has electricity after turning off the engine, it is necessary to reconnect it separately.
4. If your CANBUS is not from Simple Soft, consider replacing it with a Simple Soft CANBUS.
