Troubleshooting
Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
Machine does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet issue. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged into machine and a working outlet. |
Machine is not vacuuming properly. | Lid not properly locked; bag not correctly positioned; sealing gaskets dirty or damaged. | Ensure lid is fully locked with the one-hand handle. Reposition bag so it is flat within the vacuum chamber. Clean or replace sealing gaskets. |
Bag is not sealing. | Sealing strip dirty or wet; bag material not compatible; overheating. | Wipe sealing strip clean and dry. Use only vacuum sealer bags. Allow machine to cool down if used continuously (Patented Cooling System prevents most overheating, but extreme use may require a short break). |
Air leaks into bag after sealing. | Improper seal; sharp objects in bag; bag damage. | Ensure a clean, wrinkle-free seal. Avoid sharp food edges. Inspect bag for punctures before use. Utilize the double heat seal feature for extra security. |
Food is crushed during vacuuming. | Too much vacuum pressure for delicate food. | Use "GENTLE" mode or "PULSE" mode for manual control over vacuum pressure. |
