Setup and Assembly

The Riding'times GT73 Electric Dirt Bike is 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Ensure the toolbox is located and kept for assembly.
  2. Front Wheel Installation: Remove the front wheel from its packaging. Remove the brake pad protection. Align the brake disc with the caliper and insert the axle through the fork and wheel hub. Securely tighten the axle bolts.
  3. Handlebar Adjustment: Install the handlebars onto the stem. Adjust them to a comfortable horizontal position and ensure they face forward according to the alignment marks. Tighten all bolts securely.
  4. Front Fender Installation: Attach the front fender to the designated mounting points on the front fork using the provided screws.
  5. Rear Shock Absorber Installation: Remove the temporary shock absorbers used for transportation. Stabilize the vehicle, lift the rear wheel, and align the holes to install the hydraulic shock absorbers. Securely fasten them.
  6. Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Screw the pedals into their respective crank arms, tightening them with a wrench. Note that the left pedal tightens counter-clockwise.
  7. Battery Activation: Lock the battery into its compartment with the key. Shake the battery gently to confirm it is securely fixed. Turn on the battery switch (red switch to "I"). Press the black button to check the battery level.

Operating Instructions

Maintenance
