Setup

1. Handle Assembly

Attach the handle to the mower body. Ensure all quick-assembly sets are securely tightened to prevent movement during operation.

2. Grass Bag Attachment

Lift the rear cover plate of the mower and securely attach the grass collection bag. Ensure it is properly seated to prevent grass clippings from escaping.

3. Battery Installation

Open the battery compartment cover. Insert both 4.0Ah battery packs into their respective slots until they click into place. Close the cover securely.

4. Height Adjustment

The mower features a 6-position height adjustment mechanism. Use the lever to select your desired cutting height, ranging from 0.98 inches (2.49 cm) to 2.95 inches (7.57 cm).

Operating Instructions

1. Starting the Mower

To start the mower, press and hold the lock-off button, then pull the bail switch towards the handle. Release the lock-off button once the motor starts.

2. Mowing

Push the mower forward at a steady pace. For optimal results, overlap each cutting path slightly. The 16-inch cutting width allows for efficient lawn care. On a full charge, the mower can cover up to 2,700 sq. ft. of medium-sized lawn.

3. Stopping the Mower

Release the bail switch to stop the motor. Always wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before performing any adjustments or maintenance.

4. Emptying the Grass Bag

When the grass bag is full, remove it from the mower and dispose of the clippings. Reattach the bag securely before resuming operation.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

After each use, clean the mower deck and grass bag. Ensure the battery is removed before cleaning. Use a damp cloth to wipe down surfaces. Do not use water jets or harsh chemicals.

2. Blade Care

Regularly inspect the manganese steel blade for sharpness and damage. A dull or damaged blade can affect cutting performance. Refer to a qualified service technician for blade sharpening or replacement.

3. Battery Charging and Storage

Charge batteries using the provided charging cables. The 4.0Ah batteries can also function as a power bank for other electronic devices. Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
