2. Important Safety Information

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Wash the glass pot and stainless steel tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
  4. Assemble: Insert the stainless steel tray into the glass pot, then slide the assembled pot into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.

5. Operating Instructions

The Vexon Air Fryer features an intuitive digital touch screen for easy operation.

Powering On:

Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The control panel will illuminate, indicating the unit is in standby mode.

Using the Digital Control Panel:

  1. Select Function: Press the 'Menu' button to cycle through the pre-set cooking functions (e.g., Air Fry, Bake, French Fries, Steak, Chicken, Seafood). Each selection will display a default time and temperature.
  2. Adjust Time/Temperature: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to manually adjust the cooking time and temperature to your desired settings. Temperature can be set between 100°F and 400°F.
  3. Start Cooking: Press the 'Start/Pause' button to begin the cooking cycle. The internal heating element will glow, and the fan will activate.
  4. Monitor Progress: Utilize the transparent glass pot to visually monitor your food without interrupting the cooking process.
  5. Shake/Turn Food: For best results, especially with items like fries or chicken wings, periodically remove the pot and shake or turn the food using the provided tongs. Reinsert the pot to resume cooking.
  6. End Cooking: The air fryer will beep when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully remove the hot pot using the thermal glove.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Vexon Air Fryer.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Glass Pot and Tray: The transparent glass pot and stainless steel tray are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
  4. Interior: If necessary, wipe the interior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure no food particles are left behind.

7. Troubleshooting
