If you experience issues with your hearing aids, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • No Sound: Ensure the hearing aid is powered on and fully charged. Check the volume level and increase if necessary. Verify the earplug is clean and not blocked by earwax.
  • Weak Sound: Clean the earplug and sound tube. Ensure the hearing aid is properly seated in your ear. Charge the device fully.
  • Feedback/Whistling: This often indicates an improper fit. Try a different size earplug for a tighter seal. Ensure the hearing aid is correctly inserted into your ear canal.
  • Intermittent Sound: Check for a secure connection between the earplug and the hearing aid. Ensure the device is fully charged.
  • Device Not Charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Verify the hearing aids are correctly placed in the charging slots.
