Compatibility
The Solvitek 10.1 inch Car Radio is designed for specific vehicle models:
- Chevy Suburban (2015-2019)
- Chevy Tahoe (2015-2019)
- GMC Yukon (2015-2019)
Important Compatibility Notes:
- This product is not compatible with vehicles equipped with a BOSE sound system. If your original car has a BOSE system, this unit will not function correctly. A separate, compatible power cable and adapter would be required.
- If your vehicle is equipped with optical fiber output, this function is not supported by this unit.
- If the power cord interface in your vehicle has only two wires, this function is not supported.
If you are uncertain about your vehicle's compatibility, please provide a picture of your car's dashboard to the seller for confirmation before installation.

Setup and Installation
Installation of the Solvitek car radio involves replacing the factory head unit. Due to the complexity of automotive electronics, professional installation is highly recommended. Ensure the vehicle's battery is disconnected before beginning any installation work.

Operating Instructions
CarPlay & Android Auto
The unit supports dual-mode wireless and wired smartphone projection for both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. No external adapters are required for these functions. Please note that Android Auto functionality may exhibit device-specific incompatibilities due to manufacturer-imposed operating system restrictions. Any connectivity failures are typically related to handset compatibility rather than defects in the unit.

Bluetooth Connectivity
The unit implements a single-channel Bluetooth 5.0 architecture. When CarPlay or Android Auto sessions are active, Bluetooth media streaming becomes disabled. Hands-free telephony and CarPlay-native audio streaming remain operational through the primary USB/Wi-Fi connections.

Online Navigation (GPS)
The unit incorporates GPS navigation through web-based mapping applications. For full functionality, including real-time traffic visualization, speed limit notifications, and restricted zone avoidance, a permanent GPS antenna installation and continuous cellular data connectivity via a paired mobile device hotspot are required.

FM/AM RDS Function
Analog radio functionality displays station frequencies exclusively (e.g., FM88.8). Digital radio metadata display, such as station ID and program information, necessitates the acquisition of a supplementary DAB+ module with USB interface capability for digital signal processing.

Steering Wheel Controls (SWC)
SWC integration utilizes the OEM Canbus architecture through an 8-pin AMP connector. Pre-configured plug-and-play operation requires no resistance programming. Native parking sensor systems achieve automatic synchronization with aftermarket reverse cameras. Third-party parking sensor integration is protocol-incompatible.
