2. Safety Instructions
When operating a laser engraving machine, please follow the safety procedures, equipment maintenance practices, and environmental requirements below to ensure personal and operational safety:
- Personal Protection: It is recommended to wear protective laser safety goggles, selected according to the laser wavelength. Never look directly at the laser beam to avoid serious eye injury. If your machine is equipped with a protective cover, ensure the cover door is properly closed during operation to prevent injuries from laser scatter or debris.

- Avoid Laser Reflection: Do not place any reflective or diffusive objects unrelated to the engraving process inside the machine. Reflected laser beams may cause injury or ignite flammable materials.
- Material Compatibility: Laser processing may pose risks depending on the material. Do not engrave or cut unknown or unverified materials. Recommended materials include: Plywood, solid wood, bamboo, leather, plastic, fabric, kraft paper, acrylic, cork, pebbles, non-reflective stainless steel, ceramics. Not recommended: Reflective metals, gemstones, transparent materials, high-gloss reflective surfaces.
- Operating Environment: Place the laser engraving machine in a dry, clean, vibration-free area, away from strong electrical or magnetic interference, to ensure stable operation.
- Grounding Safety: Before use, ensure the machine and all related equipment are properly grounded to prevent electric shock or equipment damage.
- Use by Minors: Minors must only operate the machine under adult supervision to ensure safe usage.
- Do Not Leave Unattended: Ensure the machine is placed on a level, stable surface and securely fastened to prevent accidental movement or falls during operation, which may cause fire or damage.
- Stable Placement: Ensure the machine is placed on a level, stable surface and securely fastened to prevent accidental movement or falls during operation, which may cause fire or damage.
