Setup Instructions
Speaker Connection:
Connect your passive speaker(s) to the "SPEAKER +" and "SPEAKER -" terminals on the amplifier board. Ensure correct polarity for optimal sound performance. The amplifier supports speakers with an impedance of 3-8Ω and power rating of 20-100W.
Power Supply Connection:
Connect a DC power supply (7-24V, ≥4A) to the "DC7-24V" input port. Ensure the power supply meets the specified voltage and current requirements. Do not connect to AC power.
Initial Power On:
Once the speaker and power supply are connected, the amplifier board will power on. The work indicator light will illuminate.
Bluetooth Pairing:
The amplifier will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode upon power-on. On your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), search for Bluetooth devices and select "ZK-1001B" (or your customized Bluetooth name) to connect. A confirmation sound will indicate successful pairing.
Alternative Audio Input:
For AUX input, connect your audio source to the 3.5mm AUX-IN port. For USB flash drive or USB sound card input, insert the USB device into the USB-IN port. The amplifier will automatically switch to the detected input source.

Operating Instructions
Volume Control:
Rotate the main volume knob to adjust the audio output level. The knob also functions as a button for various controls.
Multifunction Button (Volume Knob Press):
- Single Click: Play/Pause audio.
- Double Click: Skip to the next track.
- Triple Click: Enter or exit TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode.
- Long Press: Turn the amplifier on/off.
TWS Pairing Function:
To achieve true wireless stereo, you need two ZK-1001B amplifier boards. Power on both boards. Triple click the volume knob on one board to enter TWS pairing mode. The boards will automatically connect to each other, forming a left and right channel stereo system. Then, connect your audio source to one of the paired boards via Bluetooth or AUX.
APP Control Usage:
Download the dedicated APP (refer to product packaging or manufacturer's website for download link). Through the APP, you can:
- Modify the Bluetooth name of your amplifier.
- Set a Bluetooth password for secure connection.
- Switch between different audio input modes.
Maintenance
- Keep the amplifier board clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
