7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your CAMMOO exhaust fan, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Fan Not Turning On:
- Check if the power cord is securely plugged into an active outlet.
- Ensure the controller is powered on (press and hold ON/OFF for 3 seconds).
- Verify that the fan's cable is properly connected to the controller's 'FAN' port.
- If in AUTO mode, check if the ambient conditions meet the set thresholds for activation.
- Inaccurate Temperature/Humidity Readings:
- Ensure the sensor is properly connected to the 'SENSOR' port on the controller.
- Verify the sensor is placed in an area representative of the environment you wish to monitor, away from direct heat sources or moisture.
- If persistent inaccuracies are observed, consider calibrating the sensor if your model supports it, or contact customer support.
- Fan Does Not Restart After Power Failure:
- This model may require manual power-on from the controller after a power outage. Press and hold the "ON/OFF" button for 3 seconds to restart.
- Automatic Shutters Not Opening/Closing:
- Check for any physical obstructions preventing the shutters from moving freely.
- Ensure the fan is receiving power and the motor is attempting to operate.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact CAMMOO customer support for further assistance.
