3. Installation Guide

Installation Steps:

  1. Prepare the Door: Ensure the door is properly drilled and mortised according to the provided template (if applicable, or use existing standard mortise).
  2. Install the Mortise: Insert the mortise latch into the door edge and secure it with two screws.
  3. Attach Silicone Pad: Fix the silicone pad to the back side of the front lock panel.
  4. Install Front Lock: Carefully route the cables through the door and insert the front lock panel.
  5. Insert Square Rod: Insert the square rod through the mortise into the middle of the handle hole on the front lock.
  6. Fix Aluminum Plate: Secure the back aluminum plate with three long screws.
  7. Test Square Rod: Twist the square rod to ensure it operates the mortise mechanism smoothly.
  8. Connect Cables: Connect the cables from the front lock to the back lock panel.
  9. Install Back Lock: Insert the back lock panel onto the other side of the square rod and align it.
  10. Secure Back Lock: Fix the back lock panel with three screws.
  11. Install Battery: Insert the rechargeable battery into the back panel.
  12. Final Check: Test all functions of the lock.
