Maintenance
1. Weatherproofing
The AKASO 360 is weatherproof, designed to withstand rain and snow. However, it is not intended for diving or swimming without an additional waterproof case. Always ensure all ports and covers are securely closed before exposing the camera to moisture.
2. Battery Life and Charging
The camera comes with two 1350 mAh batteries, providing up to 2 hours of 5.7K filming. For extended outdoor shoots, the camera can be charged while recording via the USB-C port. Charging speed is around 5W, which is relatively slow, so plan your charging accordingly.

3. Cleaning
Use the provided lens cloth to gently clean the camera lenses. For the body, a soft, dry cloth is sufficient. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the camera's surface or lenses.
Troubleshooting
- MicroSD Card Issues: If you experience errors, format problems, data loss, or sluggish screen performance, ensure you are using a high-speed MicroSD card (UHS-I, Class 3 (U3) or higher). Formatting the card in the camera before first use is recommended.
- Overheating: Continuous use, especially in hot environments, may cause the camera to become warm. If the camera overheats, it may automatically shut down to prevent damage. Allow it to cool down before resuming use.
- Stitching Issues: Minor stitching lines may be visible in photos. While calibration can help, some limitations may exist due to the dual-lens design.
- Low Light Performance: Video quality in low light conditions may appear grainy with a loss of detail. This camera is primarily designed for optimal performance in well-lit environments.
- Lens Flare: Direct sunlight or strong light sources may cause lens flare in your footage. Adjusting camera angle can help minimize this effect.
- Unresponsive Touchscreen: If the touchscreen becomes unresponsive, try restarting the camera. Ensure the screen is clean and dry.
