Important Safety Information

  • Ensure the exhaust is always vented externally to prevent carbon monoxide buildup.
  • The heater is thermostatically controlled and equipped with shutdown mechanisms to prevent overheating. Do not tamper with these safety features.
  • Always use the specified diesel fuel type.
  • Do not connect the power cord to the main cable wire, cigar lighter, or fuse box directly. It must be connected to the car battery directly to ensure stable power supply and prevent damage.
  • During shutdown, do not forcibly cut off power. Allow the unit to complete its shutdown cycle to fully dissipate internal heat and prevent damage.

2. Exhaust Pipe and Muffler Setup

Connect the exhaust pipe to the heater's exhaust port. Ensure all connections are tight using the provided clamps to prevent leakage. The muffler should be installed at the end of the exhaust pipe, outside the heated area.

Video: This video demonstrates the correct procedure for setting up the exhaust pipe and muffler, including how to connect the components and ensure a secure, leak-free installation.

3. Warm Air Duct Installation

Attach the warm air duct to the heater's air outlet. Secure it firmly with a clamp. Ensure the duct is extended to direct warm air effectively into the desired space.

Video: This video provides a detailed guide on installing the warm air duct, showing how to attach it to the heater and secure it properly for optimal heat distribution.

4. Power Connection

The heater supports 12V, 24V, and 110V power sources. For 12V/24V DC, connect the power cord directly to your vehicle's battery (red to positive, black to negative). For 110V AC, use the provided adapter and plug it into a standard outlet.
