2. Safety Information
- Ensure the toilet is installed by a qualified professional in accordance with local plumbing and electrical codes.
- Always disconnect power before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
- Do not spray water directly onto the main unit or electrical components. The unit has an IPX4 waterproof rating, but direct high-pressure water can cause damage.
- Keep children and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities under supervision when operating the toilet.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or strong chemicals on any part of the toilet, especially the ceramic glaze or electronic components.
- In case of power outage, the stepless side knob can be used for flushing.

4. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your smart toilet. Refer to the detailed installation video and follow the steps below.
4.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Ensure your bathroom has a standard electrical outlet (120V AC) near the toilet location.
- Verify the rough-in measurement is greater than 11.8 inches.
- Confirm the water supply pipe adapter is compatible (1/2" or 5/8" US NPT). If you require a 3/8" adapter, contact customer service.
4.2 Installation Steps
- Measure Rough-in: Measure the distance from the wall to the center of the drain pipe. Ensure it is at least 11.8 inches.
- Prepare Water Supply: Turn off the main water supply. Install the included angle valve to your water line.
- Flush Water Line: Open the inlet valve and let water run for 3-5 minutes until approximately 3000ml has passed, then close the valve. This flushes out debris.
- Install Flange: Securely install the sealing flange into the drain outlet.
- Position Toilet: Carefully place the toilet over the flange, aligning it with the drain.
- Secure Toilet: Use the provided screws and mounting blocks to secure the toilet to the floor.
- Connect Water & Power: Connect the water inlet hose from the toilet to the angle valve. Plug the toilet into the electrical outlet.
- Check for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply and check all connections for leaks.
