Setup

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Press and hold the Power Button (usually indicated by a circle with a vertical line) for 2-3 seconds to turn the device ON. The display will light up.
• To turn OFF, press and hold the Power Button again for 2-3 seconds.

Heat Settings

• After powering on, press the Heat Button (often indicated by a flame icon) to cycle through the heat levels.
• There are 3 heat levels: Level 1 (118°F), Level 2 (127°F), and Level 3 (136°F).
• The current heat level will be indicated on the display.

Vibration Settings

• Press the Vibration Button (often indicated by a wavy line icon) to cycle through the vibration modes.
• There are 3 vibration modes: Level 1 (everyday comfort), Level 2 (workout recovery), and Level 3 (deep relaxation).
• The current vibration mode will be indicated on the display.

The device features a 15-minute automatic shut-off timer. After 15 minutes of continuous operation, the massager will automatically power off to ensure safety and prevent overuse.

Charging the Device
