Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the massager. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the device and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The LED screen will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3-4 hours.

2. Preparing for Use

For optimal touch screen responsiveness, it is recommended to remove any protective film from the control panel before use.

3. Wearing the Massager

Place the massager on your knee, ensuring the internal components are centered over the joint. Secure it with the fastening straps and buckle. The adjustable circumference of the strap ranges from 11.8 to 20.4 inches to accommodate various sizes.

For effective massage, ensure proper posture. Avoid standing with a straight leg or bending the knee at an angle less than 90 degrees, as this may reduce the effectiveness of the pressure massage.

Operating Instructions

The device features an intuitive LED touchscreen for easy control.

1. Power On/Off

  • Press and hold the On/Off button on the control panel to turn the device on.
  • Press and hold the On/Off button again to turn the device off.

2. Adjusting Settings

Tap the corresponding icons on the LED touchscreen to adjust settings:

  • Heat: Tap the Heating icon to cycle through 3 heat levels (Low, Medium, High). The temperature ranges from 115℉ to 130℉.
  • Vibration Mode: Tap the Mode icon to select from 3 vibration modes (Low, High, Auto).
  • Red Light: Tap the Red Light icon to turn the red light therapy on or off.
  • Timer: Tap the Time icon to set the automatic shut-off timer for 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes.

The device is designed for use on the knee, elbow, or shoulder. Adjust the straps to ensure a snug and comfortable fit for the targeted area.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • Ensure the device is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  • The cloth mesh can be gently wiped clean.

2. Storage

  • Store the massager in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Keep the device in its original packaging or a protective case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting
