Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all parts of the lunch box, including the stainless steel tray, lid, and utensils, with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Inspect Components: Ensure all parts, including the silicone sealing ring and latches, are properly seated and free from damage.

Operating Instructions

1. Filling the Lunch Box:
   • Open the side latches and lift the lid.
   • Place food items into the 4-grid stainless steel tray. Use the separate compartments to keep different foods from mixing.
   • For liquids, use the included 300ml leak-proof soup bowl. Ensure its lid is securely closed before placing it in the main compartment.
2. Securing the Lid:
   • Align the lid with the base of the lunch box.
   • Press down firmly on the lid to engage the silicone sealing ring.
   • Close the side latches until they click into place, ensuring a secure seal.
3. Using the Utensils:
   • The lid features a dedicated slot for the included spoon and chopsticks.
   • To access, slide open the cover on the lid and remove the utensils.
4. Microwave Usage (Outer Shell Only):
   • The stainless steel inner tray is NOT microwave safe. Always remove the stainless steel tray before microwaving.
   • Only the outer PP plastic shell can be used in the microwave.
   • When microwaving, open the exhaust valve on the lid and ensure the side buckles are open to prevent pressure buildup.
   • Heat over medium-low heat for no more than 3 minutes.

Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Hand wash all components with warm soapy water. Do not immerse the entire lunch box in warm water for extended periods.
• Dishwasher Safety: This product is NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash only to preserve its integrity and sealing properties.
• Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing to prevent odors or mildew.
• Storage: Store the lunch box in a clean, dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting

• Difficulty Opening/Closing: Ensure the silicone sealing ring is properly seated and clean. If food is hot, open the exhaust valve to release pressure before opening.
• Leakage: Verify that the lid is correctly aligned and all side latches are securely closed. Check the silicone sealing ring for any damage or misalignment. The internal compartments are not individually leak-proof; use the dedicated soup bowl for liquids.
• Food Not Staying Warm/Cold: Ensure the lid is tightly sealed. For optimal temperature retention, pre-warm or pre-chill the stainless steel tray before adding food.
