1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

  • Always assemble and disassemble the gazebo with care, following the provided instructions.
  • Secure the gazebo to a stable foundation using the included ground stakes and anchor bolts to prevent it from tipping over in windy conditions.
  • Be cautious when using the hooks inside the gazebo, especially in the dark.
  • Keep all flame and heat sources away from the tent fabric. This tent is made with fabric that meets CPAI-84 specification for flame resistance. It is not fireproof. The fabric will burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source. The application of any foreign substance to the tent fabric may render the flame-resistance properties ineffective.
  • Always install the gazebo on level ground utilizing the ground stakes provided for stability. It is not recommended to permanently anchor this gazebo to a hard surface such as a wood deck or concrete floor without consulting a professional.
  • Wear protective gloves during installation to prevent injury from screws and sharp metal panel edges.

4. Setup and Assembly

The installation of this gazebo typically requires a minimum of four people and approximately four hours to complete. Ensure you have all necessary tools, including a wrench, electric screwdriver, and a step ladder.

4.1. Assemble the Main Frame

Begin by assembling the main support posts and connecting them with the horizontal beams. Ensure all connections are secure before proceeding.

4.3. Attach Roof Panels

4.4. Install Curtains and Netting

Hang the mesh nettings and polyester curtains onto the designated tracks. The gazebo features a double track system for independent operation of the netting and curtains.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Using Mesh Nettings and Curtains

The gazebo is equipped with fully-enclosed zippered mesh netting and curtain sidewalls. These can be easily opened or closed using the smooth-sliding zippers to adjust privacy and protection from insects or weather. Use the included tie-backs to secure the curtains when open.

5.2. Utilizing Ceiling Hooks

Hooks are attached in the middle top inside of the gazebo. These hooks are designed for hanging lights, fans, or other decorative items to enhance your outdoor experience.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

  • Frame: Clean the aluminum frame with a soft cloth, mild soap, and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry to prevent water spots.
  • Roof Panels: The galvanized steel roof can be cleaned with water and a soft brush to remove debris. The perfect drainage design helps prevent rainwater accumulation.
  • Curtains & Netting: These are removable for easy cleaning. Follow the fabric care instructions provided with your gazebo.

6.2. Seasonal Care

This 4-season hardtop gazebo is designed to withstand various weather conditions. The robust construction and galvanized steel roof are built to handle significant snow loads, with some models capable of holding up to 15 inches of thick snow. However, it is always recommended to clear heavy snow accumulation to prolong the lifespan of the structure. Ensure ground stakes and anchor bolts are regularly checked for tightness, especially after severe weather.
