4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer:

5. Operating Instructions
Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is fully open. Purge air from the system by squeezing the spray gun trigger until a steady stream of water emerges.
5.1 Starting and Stopping
- To Start: Turn the rotary switch to the "ON" position. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to begin spraying.
- To Stop: Release the spray gun trigger. The Total Stop System (TSS) will automatically shut off the pump. For complete shutdown, turn the rotary switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the power cord.
5.2 Nozzle Selection and Application
The pressure washer includes four quick-connect nozzles for various cleaning tasks. Always select the appropriate nozzle for the surface and cleaning intensity required.
- 0° Nozzle (Red): Delivers a concentrated, high-pressure stream for dissolving stubborn substances on hard, durable surfaces. Use with caution.
- 15° Nozzle (Yellow): Provides a powerful, fan-shaped spray for intensive cleaning of concrete, brick, and other hard surfaces.
- 25° Nozzle (Green): Offers a wider, medium-pressure spray suitable for general cleaning of wood decks, siding, and other soft surfaces.
- 40° Nozzle (White): Produces a broad, low-pressure spray ideal for delicate surfaces like windows, screens, and vehicles.
