The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge provides approximately 75-150 hours of use, depending on usage and settings.
4.2. Connecting the Mouse
The ATKGEAR X1 Ultimate supports three connection modes: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth, and Wired USB-C.
4.2.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4GHz wireless receiver (dongle) in the package.
- Plug the 2.4GHz receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- On the bottom of the mouse, slide the mode switch to the "2.4G" position.
- The mouse should connect automatically. If not, press any mouse button to wake it up.
4.2.2. Bluetooth Connection

- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to an available USB port on your computer.
- On the bottom of the mouse, slide the mode switch to the "Wired" position (or ensure it's not in 2.4G or BT mode, as wired connection often takes precedence).

5. Operating the Mouse
5.1. DPI Adjustment
The ATKGEAR X1 Ultimate features a PAW3950 sensor supporting up to 26,000 DPI. DPI (Dots Per Inch) determines mouse sensitivity. You can adjust DPI settings using the dedicated DPI button (if present) or through the ATK HUB software. Refer to the software section for detailed customization.
5.2. Customization with ATK HUB Software
The ATK HUB software (desktop or web-based) allows for advanced customization of your mouse. This includes:
- DPI Settings: Fine-tune DPI levels and create custom profiles.
- Macro Programming: Assign complex sequences of commands to mouse buttons.
- LED Indicators: Customize lighting effects and colors (if applicable).
- Debounce Time: Adjust the click response time for ATK switches.
