Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the Piskyet Modern Night Stand is designed to be straightforward. All parts and accessories are clearly numbered, and detailed instructions are provided for each step. We recommend assembling the unit on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions:

1. Step 1: Prepare Side Panels

   Install the three-in-one screws onto the left and right side panels (parts 4 and 5). Ensure they are securely fastened.

2. Step 2: Connect Side Panels with Horizontal Panel

   Connect and secure the left and right side panels (4 and 5) and the horizontal panel (3) using three-in-one screws and eccentric wheel nuts. Make sure all connections are tight.

3. Step 3: Install Bottom Panel

   Install three-in-one screws and wood plugs onto the bottom panel (part 2). Then, connect the assembled side panels and horizontal panel to the bottom panel, securing them with eccentric wheel nuts.

4. Step 4: Insert Back Panels

   Slide the back panels (part 6) and the backboard plastic card strip into the designated slots on the left and right side panels. Ensure they fit snugly.

5. Step 5: Install Top Panel

   Install three-in-one screws and wood plugs onto the top panel (part 1). Align and set the top panel onto the assembled frame. Secure the top with the rotating nuts using a screwdriver.

6. Step 6: Reinforce Back Panel

   Install plastic angle codes on the back of the back panel to reinforce it using the provided screws (3.5*14).

7. Step 7: Assemble Drawer Side Panels

   Install three-in-one screws on the side panels of the two pairs of left and right drawers (parts 8 and 9).

8. Step 8: Connect Drawer Back Panels

   Connect the drawer back panels (part 10) with the drawer left and right side panels (parts 8 and 9). Fix these three panels by rotating the eccentric wheel nuts with a screwdriver.

9. Step 9: Insert Drawer Bottom Panel

   Insert the drawer bottom panel (part 11) into the grooves on the left, right, and back panels of the drawer. Ensure it slides in smoothly and is fully seated.

10. Step 10: Attach Doorknob and Front Panel

    Find the pre-drilled holes in the back of the drawer front panel (part 7). Use the 3.5*14 screws to install and secure the doorknob onto the door panel. Then, install the three-in-one screws on the front panel of the drawer.

11. Step 11: Connect Drawer Front Panel

    Connect the drawer front panel (part 7) with the left and right panels of the drawer. Fix these three panels by rotating the eccentric wheel nuts with a screwdriver.

12. Step 12: Install Drawer Slides Rail (on cabinet)

    Place the outer rail of the drawer slides in the pre-drilled holes on the left and right side panels of the cabinet. Mount the screws (3.5*14) in the permanent mounting holes. Ensure the rails are level and securely attached.

13. Step 13: Install Drawer Slides Rail (on drawer)

    Press down on the black plastic buckle on the drawer slides to easily remove the inner rails. Place the inner rails so they stay with the front edge of the drawer. Adjust the inner member and mount the screws (3.5*14) in the permanent mounting holes.

14. Step 14: Insert Drawer into Cabinet

    Carefully insert the assembled drawer into the drawer box, aligning the inner rails with the outer rails on the cabinet. Push firmly until the drawer is fully seated and slides smoothly.

Operating Instructions
