  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid exposing the tablet to extreme temperatures. Do not let the battery completely drain frequently.
  • Software Updates: Regularly check for and install system updates to ensure your tablet has the latest features, security patches, and performance improvements. Go to Settings > System > System update.
  • Storage Management: Periodically clear unnecessary files and apps to free up storage space and maintain smooth operation. Utilize the MicroSD card slot for additional storage.

Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to some common issues you might encounter:

  • Tablet won't turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the tablet to a charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again. If it still doesn't turn on, try a forced restart by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
  • Apps are crashing or freezing: Close the problematic app and reopen it. If the issue persists, clear the app's cache (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage & cache > Clear cache). If still unresolved, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
  • Wi-Fi connection issues: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and you are within range of a known network. Try restarting your Wi-Fi router and the tablet. Forget the network and reconnect if necessary.
  • Slow performance: Close unused apps running in the background. Clear cache and temporary files. Consider uninstalling apps you no longer use. If performance remains slow, a factory reset might be necessary (back up your data first).
  • Screen is unresponsive: Try restarting the tablet. If the screen remains unresponsive, contact customer support.
