Troubleshooting
Here are solutions to some common issues you might encounter:
- Tablet won't turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the tablet to a charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again. If it still doesn't turn on, try a forced restart by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
- Apps are crashing or freezing: Close the problematic app and reopen it. If the issue persists, clear the app's cache (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage & cache > Clear cache). If still unresolved, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and you are within range of a known network. Try restarting your Wi-Fi router and the tablet. Forget the network and reconnect if necessary.
- Slow performance: Close unused apps running in the background. Clear cache and temporary files. Consider uninstalling apps you no longer use. If performance remains slow, a factory reset might be necessary (back up your data first).
- Screen is unresponsive: Try restarting the tablet. If the screen remains unresponsive, contact customer support.
