Assembly Steps:

1. Unpack and Organize Components: Lay out all parts on a clean, flat surface. Refer to the parts list in your physical manual to ensure all components are present.
2. Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the horizontal base pipes using the provided connectors and bolts. Ensure all connections are tight and secure. (Refer to Video 1, 0:10)
3. Install Vertical Posts: Insert the vertical support posts into the designated slots on the base frame. These posts will form the vertical structure of the kennel. (Refer to Video 1, 0:23)
4. Construct the Top Frame: Assemble the horizontal top pipes and corner connectors to form the upper perimeter of the kennel. Secure these to the vertical posts. (Refer to Video 1, 0:37)
5. Attach Roof Support Bars: Install the roof support bars across the top frame to create the pitched roof structure. These bars provide stability for the roof cover. (Refer to Video 1, 0:55)
6. Assemble the Roof Frame: Connect the remaining roof frame components to complete the roof structure. (Refer to Video 1, 1:15)
7. Assemble the Door Frame: Connect the door frame components. This includes the main door and the smaller rotating feeder door. (Refer to Video 1, 1:55)
8. Attach Chain Link to Door: Securely attach the chain link mesh to the assembled door frame using the provided wire ties or clips. (Refer to Video 1, 2:18)
9. Install Feeder Bowls: Attach the rotating feeder bowls to the designated section of the door frame. Ensure they can rotate smoothly for easy feeding. (Refer to Video 1, 3:24)

11. Unroll and Attach Chain Link Mesh: Carefully unroll the chain link mesh around the perimeter of the kennel. Secure it to the frame using the provided wire ties or zip ties. Start from one corner and work your way around, ensuring the mesh is taut. (Refer to Video 1, 4:50)
12. Disassemble Excess Wire Mesh (if needed): If the mesh is too long, you may need to untangle and remove excess wire. This involves untwisting the winding parts of the metal wire and rotating counter-clockwise until loose. (Refer to Video 1, 5:17)
13. Wind Bottom Wire: Secure the bottom edge of the chain link mesh to the base frame by winding the provided wire. Lifting one side of the cage slightly can make this step easier and create more space for operation. (Refer to Video 1, 6:34)
14. Install the Roof Cover: Drape the waterproof and UV-resistant roof cover over the assembled roof frame. Secure it using the elastic cords or bungee ties through the grommets on the cover and around the frame. Ensure the cover is taut and properly aligned to shed water. (Refer to Video 1, 7:22)

Operating Instructions

Using the Rotating Feeder Bowls:

• To feed or water your pet, simply rotate the feeder bowls outwards from the kennel.
• Fill the stainless steel bowls with appropriate food and water.
• Rotate the bowls back into the kennel. This allows you to provide sustenance without entering the enclosure, minimizing disruption to your pet.

Door Latch Mechanism:

• The kennel features an upgraded door latch for enhanced security.
• To open, slide the latch mechanism upwards and pull the door open.
• To close, push the door shut and slide the latch downwards to secure it. Always ensure the latch is fully engaged to prevent accidental opening.
