Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:

  • Keyboard not connecting:
    • Ensure the keyboard is powered on.
    • For 2.4GHz connection, verify the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port and the 2.4G key is pressed.
    • For Bluetooth connection, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, the keyboard is in pairing mode (flashing BT1/BT2 light), and you have selected the correct device to pair. Try unpairing and re-pairing if issues persist.
    • Check battery levels and replace if necessary.
  • Keys not responding or delayed input:
    • Ensure the keyboard is within the effective operating range (up to 10 meters).
    • Check for interference from other wireless devices.
    • Replace batteries if the low battery indicator is flashing.
    • If using Bluetooth, try switching to the 2.4G connection if available, or vice versa, to rule out connection type issues.
  • Low battery indication:
    • The low battery indicator on the device will flash red when the power is too low. Replace the two AAA batteries immediately.
