Operating Instructions

1. Loading Products

The HAHA AI Smart Vending Machine supports a wide range of product categories and allows for stacking of goods. It has a capacity of approximately 245 bottles (based on 5 shelves, 7 columns, 7 rows). The 5 shelves are movable and can be freely combined to accommodate various product sizes. Ensure products are placed neatly for optimal AI visual recognition.

2. Customer Purchase Process

  1. Swipe/Tap to Unlock: The consumer initiates a purchase by swiping a credit card or tapping a contactless payment method (e.g., Apple Pay) on the integrated POS reader. This action opens the electromagnetic lock on the door.
  2. Grab Items: The consumer opens the door and selects desired items. The internal cameras record the entire process.
  3. Automatic Checkout: After the door is closed, the AI visual recognition system identifies the products taken and automatically deducts the corresponding fee from the consumer’s credit card. The recognition accuracy is approximately 99%.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and appearance. Use a soft, damp cloth with mild detergent to clean the exterior surfaces. The double-glazed hollow glass is designed to reduce condensation and maintain clarity. The glass door is equipped with electric heating to prevent fogging, which should be kept clean for clear visibility.

2. General Care

Periodically check for any obstructions around the refrigeration air outlet. Ensure the self-rebound door mechanism operates smoothly. The machine features an automatic evaporation water box, which requires minimal maintenance.
