• Do not use the toothbrush for any purpose other than cleaning teeth.

Setup

1. Charging the Toothbrush

1. Before first use, fully charge the toothbrush.
2. Locate the USB-C charging port at the bottom of the toothbrush handle. Gently open the protective cover.
3. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
4. The indicator light will show charging status. A full charge typically takes about 4 hours and provides up to 45 days of use (based on 2 minutes, twice daily).
5. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and securely close the USB-C port cover to maintain IPX7 waterproof integrity.

2. Attaching a Brush Head

1. Align the brush head with the metal shaft on the toothbrush handle.
2. Push the brush head down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely attached.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off and Changing Modes

• Press the power button once to turn on the toothbrush. It will start in the last used mode due to the smart memory function.
• Press the power button repeatedly within 5 seconds to cycle through the 5 brushing modes: White, Clean, Sensitive, Polish, and Massage.
• To turn off the toothbrush, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds, or press the power button after cycling through all modes.

2. Brushing Technique

1. Wet the bristles and apply a small amount of toothpaste.
2. Place the brush head against your teeth at a slight angle towards the gum line.
3. Press the power button to start. Gently move the brush head slowly across your teeth, allowing the sonic vibrations to do the cleaning. Do not scrub aggressively.
4. The toothbrush features a 2-minute smart timer and 30-second interval reminders. It will pause briefly every 30 seconds to signal you to move to a different quadrant of your mouth. After 2 minutes, the toothbrush will automatically turn off.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Toothbrush

• After each use, rinse the brush head thoroughly under running water while the toothbrush is still on to remove any remaining toothpaste and debris.
• Turn off the toothbrush and remove the brush head. Rinse both the brush head and the handle separately under running water.
• Wipe the handle with a soft cloth to dry it. Ensure the USB-C port cover is closed.
• The YUNCHI YCDZ-Y7 is IPX7 waterproof, allowing it to be safely rinsed under water or used in the shower.

2. Replacing Brush Heads

• For optimal hygiene and brushing performance, replace the brush head every 3-4 months.
• The blue indicator bristles on the brush head will fade over time, signaling that it's time for a replacement.
• To remove, firmly pull the brush head straight off the handle. To attach a new one, follow the instructions in the "Setup" section.
