3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the TV and all accessories from the packaging. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for future transportation or storage.

3.2 Stand Installation or Wall Mounting

If using the included stand, attach it securely to the TV following the instructions in the Quick Start Guide. Ensure all screws are tightened. If wall mounting, refer to your wall mount's instructions and ensure it is compatible with VESA standards for this model. Professional installation is recommended for wall mounting.

3.3 Connecting Peripherals

Connect your external devices such as Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, sound systems, and cable/satellite boxes to the appropriate ports on the TV. The LG C5 Series features four HDMI 2.1 inputs, USB ports, Ethernet, and supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.

3.4 Power Connection

Plug the power cable firmly into the TV's power input and then into a wall outlet. The TV is now ready for initial setup.

3.5 Initial Setup Wizard

4. Operating the TV

4.1 Power On/Off

4.3 Navigating webOS Smart Platform

The LG C5 Series runs on the webOS 25 smart platform, offering a user-friendly interface for accessing apps, streaming services, and settings. Use the Magic Remote to navigate the Home screen, launch applications like Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and Apple TV, and manage your content.

4.4 AI Features and Picture/Sound Optimization

The Alpha 9 Gen8 AI Processor enhances picture and sound quality. AI Super Upscaling 4K automatically improves lower resolution content. AI Picture Pro analyzes each frame to optimize resolution, brightness, depth, and clarity. AI Voice ID with My Profile recognizes your voice for tailored recommendations.

4.5 Picture Quality Settings

Your OLED TV delivers Perfect Black and Perfect Color. 5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the TV

To clean the screen, gently wipe it with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a specialized screen cleaner. Never spray liquid directly onto the screen. Clean the TV's frame and stand with a soft, dry cloth.

5.2 Software Updates

Your LG Smart TV will periodically receive software updates to improve performance and add new features. Ensure your TV is connected to the internet. 6. Troubleshooting
