Setup Guide

1. Package Contents

Verify that all items are present in the package:

  • 1x Veunti G31 4G Kids Smart Watch
  • 1x USB Charging Cable
  • 1x Quick Start Guide

2. SIM Card Installation

The watch requires a Nano SIM card for 4G connectivity, calls, and GPS functions. A Speedtalk Nano SIM card is recommended (not included).

  1. Ensure the watch is powered off before inserting the SIM card.
  2. Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the watch.
  3. Carefully insert the Nano SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing up, ensuring it is fully seated.
  4. After inserting the SIM card, power on the watch.
  5. Verify that a 4G network signal icon appears on the watch screen. If no signal is displayed, you may need to configure the APN settings. Refer to the Troubleshooting section or the Quick Start Guide for APN configuration instructions.

3. App Download and Pairing

To utilize most of the watch's features, you need to download the companion app, Setracker2, on your smartphone (compatible with Android and iOS).

  1. Download the Setracker2 app from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).
  2. Register an account within the app.
  3. Follow the in-app instructions to bind the watch to your account. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on the watch or entering its unique ID.
  4. Once paired, you can manage contacts, set up safety zones, track location, and configure other watch settings from your smartphone.
