4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required for this product. Follow these steps carefully.

  1. Prepare the Area: Clear a spacious, clean, and flat area for assembly. Lay down a blanket or cardboard to protect the floor and product components.
  2. Assemble the Steel Frame: Connect the vertical and horizontal steel frame components using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Install Panels: Attach the engineered wood panels (shelves, side panels, back panel if applicable) to the steel frame.
  4. Assemble Drawer: Construct the drawer box and install the drawer slides. Attach the drawer handle.
  5. Install Drawer into Frame: Carefully slide the assembled drawer into its designated slot within the frame.
  6. Assemble Door: Attach hinges to the door and then secure the door to the frame. Install the door handle.
  7. Attach Towel Rack: Secure the towel rack to the side of the trolley as indicated in the diagrams.
  8. Choose Base Option:
    • For Stationary Use: Screw in the adjustable feet to the bottom of the frame. Adjust them to ensure stability on uneven surfaces.
    • For Mobile Use: Attach the 4 castors to the bottom of the frame. Ensure the 2 castors with brakes are positioned at the front for easy access.
  9. Wall Attachment: Position the trolley in its desired location. Using the provided wall attachment device, secure the trolley to a sturdy wall stud to prevent accidental tipping. Refer to the specific instructions included with the wall attachment kit.

5. Operating Instructions

  • Storage: Utilize the drawer, open shelf, and cabinet space for organizing kitchen essentials, food items, dishes, and utensils.
