2.6 Gaming Features (FreeSync, VRR, 1ms Response Time)

This monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium and is NVIDIA G-SYNC compatible for tear-free gaming. It also features a 1ms MPRT response time for reduced motion blur.

Enabling VRR and 120Hz Mode on PS5:

  1. Connect your PS5 to the monitor using an Ultra High Speed HDMI 2.1 cable to an HDMI 2.1 supported port on your display.
  2. Access the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu on your monitor.
  3. Enable Game Mode and turn on FreeSync (VRR) in your display settings. Your screen may temporarily go black and reset; this is normal.
  4. Power on your PS5, go to the main dashboard, and open the Settings menu.
  5. Select Screen and Video in the settings options.
  6. Locate the VRR setting and ensure it is set to Automatic or Enabled.
  7. Verify that your PS5 recognizes your display’s “120Hz” and “VRR” capabilities in the video information.
  8. You’re all set! Now launch a game that supports 120Hz and/or VRR.

Important Notes: PS4 models do not support 120Hz and are limited to 60Hz. Not all games support 120Hz or VRR; check the game's official website for compatibility. If you experience a black screen or unstable signal, try adjusting the [4K Video Transfer Rate] in your PS5 settings to “-1” or “-2”.

  • Swivel: Rotate the screen horizontally up to 45° in either direction.
  • Pivot: Rotate the screen 90° for portrait mode (H/V:90°).

3. Maintenance

3.1 Cleaning the Screen

To clean the monitor screen:

  1. Ensure the monitor is powered off and unplugged.
  2. Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth.
  3. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaning solution. Do not spray liquid directly onto the screen.

Note: The monitor comes with a removable protective shipping film. Ensure this film is removed before use to avoid visual artifacts or confusion with screen damage. The "BC" marking is on this removable protector, not the screen itself.

3.2 General Care

  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the monitor or its cables.
  • Keep the monitor away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive moisture.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the monitor.

4. Troubleshooting
