4. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the hair straightener and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Inspect: Check the appliance for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Remove Protective Film: Ensure all protective plastic films or covers are removed from the heating plates and outer barrel before first use.

5.3 Straightening Hair

1. Take a small section of hair (about 1-2 inches wide).

4. Repeat on all sections until desired straightness is achieved. For optimal hair care, begin with a low temperature setting.

5.4 Curling Hair

The SOKANY SK-15054 can be used as a curling iron thanks to its titanium curved outer panels.

1. Take a small section of hair.
2. Open the plates and place the hair section between them, close to the roots.
3. Close the plates and rotate the appliance 180 degrees, wrapping the hair around the titanium curved outer barrel.
4. Slowly pull the appliance downwards through the hair section, maintaining the rotation.
5. Release the hair to reveal a curl. Repeat on all sections.
6. For best results and to protect your hands from the hot outer barrel, use the provided heat-resistant glove.
