Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad and controller from its packaging.
- Connect Controller: Ensure the controller is securely plugged into the heating pad.
- Placement: Place the heating pad on a flat, dry surface or directly on the body area requiring heat therapy. Ensure the pad is not folded or bunched up during use.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

- Power Button: Press the POWER button to turn the heating pad on or off.
- Heat Button: Press the HEAT button to cycle through 6 temperature levels (104°F to 149°F). The LED display will show the current heat level.
- Timer Button: Press the TIMER button to select a desired auto-off time: 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, or 6 hours. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.

The heating pad offers 6 adjustable heat settings:

- Level 2: 113°F (45°C)
- Level 3: 122°F (50°C)

Timer Settings and Auto Shut-Off
The integrated timer allows you to set the operating duration, after which the pad will automatically shut off. Available timer options are 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, and 6 hours. This feature prevents overheating and conserves energy.
Dry and Moist Heat Therapy
Your heating pad supports both dry and moist heat applications.
- Dry Heat: Use the pad as is for standard dry heat therapy.
- Moist Heat: For deeper heat penetration and more intense pain relief, lightly spray the pad with water using a spray bottle. Do not soak the pad.
