5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Device

1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the heating belt.

5.2 Wearing the Heating Belt

6.1 Power On/Off

• To turn off: Press and hold the Power Button again for 2-3 seconds. The display will turn off.

6.2 Adjusting Heat Settings

After powering on, the heating function will activate. Press the Heat Regulation Button (refer to Figure 2) to cycle through the 3 available temperature settings:

• Level 1: Approximately 50°C (122°F)
• Level 2: Approximately 55°C (131°F)
• Level 3: Approximately 60°C (140°F)

The digital display will show the selected temperature level.

6.3 Adjusting Vibration Massage Modes

Press the Vibration Adjustment Button (refer to Figure 2) to cycle through the 4 available vibration massage modes:

• M1: Continuous gentle vibration
• M2: Intermittent vibration pattern
• M3: Pulsating vibration pattern
• M4: Mixed vibration pattern

The digital display will show the selected vibration mode (M1, M2, M3, or M4).

6.4 Automatic Shut-Off

For safety, the device is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature. It will automatically turn off after a period of continuous use (typically 30-60 minutes). You can restart the device if further therapy is desired.
