Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging case and a power source. The charging case has a 400mAh battery and supports fast charging. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours. The earbuds offer up to 6 hours of single playtime and the case provides additional charges for a total of 80 hours standby time.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the charging case has sufficient power.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and flash red, indicating they are ready for pairing.
3. On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for "YYK-Q17" or a similar device name in the list of available devices.
5. Select the earbuds to connect. Once connected, the red flashing lights on the earbuds will turn off, and a voice prompt may confirm the connection.
6. For optimal translation features, download the dedicated AI translation app by scanning the QR code provided in the manual.

Operating Instructions

1. Real-Time Language Translation

The YYK-Q17 earbuds support real-time translation in 168 languages, including 8 offline languages for travel and emergencies. This feature is primarily managed through the dedicated mobile application.

• Dual Ear Mode (Face-to-Face Translation): This mode allows two people to communicate, each wearing one earbud, speaking in their native language. The app facilitates the real-time translation.
• Simultaneous Interpretation: Ideal for lectures or presentations, this mode translates spoken content in real-time, allowing you to understand foreign languages as they are spoken.
• Live Recording: Record conversations or speeches and have them translated and transcribed in real-time within the app.
