The SUNVIVIPRO ZEC006BK is a versatile coffee maker designed for home and office use, offering four brewing options: espresso, double espresso, cold brew, and Americano. It features a 20-bar professional pump for optimal coffee extraction, a high-efficiency steam system for milk frothing, and a user-friendly touchscreen control panel.
2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.

4. Setup Guide
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials and the espresso machine from the box.
- Check that all listed components are present and undamaged.
- Remove any protective films or stickers from the appliance.
4.2 Water Tank Installation and Filling

- Locate the 52oz removable water tank at the back of the machine.
- Lift the water tank from its base.
- Open the flip-top lid and fill the tank with fresh, cold water up to the 'MAX' mark.
- Place the water tank back onto the machine, ensuring it is securely seated.
4.3 Initial Cleaning and Priming
- Before first use, clean all removable parts (portafilter, baskets, drip tray, milk frothing container) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Fill the water tank with water.
- Place a large cup under the espresso spout.
- Turn on the machine using the 'ON/OFF' button on the touchscreen.
- Once the machine preheats (indicated by the temperature display), select the 'Espresso' function without coffee in the portafilter to flush the system. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
- Run the steam wand for 30 seconds to clear any residual water.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel Overview

- ON/OFF: Power button.
- Espresso: Single shot espresso.
- 2 Espresso: Double shot espresso.
- Cold Brew: Cold brew coffee.
- Americano: Americano coffee.
- Steam: Activates the steam wand for frothing.
5.2 Making Espresso (Single/Double Shot)

- Ensure the water tank is filled.
- Select the appropriate filter basket (single or double) and place it into the portafilter.
- Add finely ground coffee to the filter basket, filling it to the 'MAX' mark.
- Use the tamper end of the scoop to gently press the coffee grounds.
- Attach the portafilter to the brewing head by rotating it to the right until it locks securely.
- Place your espresso cup(s) on the drip tray beneath the portafilter.
- Press the 'Espresso' or '2 Espresso' button on the touchscreen. The machine will preheat and then begin brewing.
- The brewing process will stop automatically. Remove your cup(s) and enjoy.
5.3 Making Cold Brew

- Follow steps 1-4 from 'Making Espresso' to prepare your coffee grounds in the portafilter.
- Attach the portafilter to the brewing head.
- Place a cup with ice (for iced cold brew) or an empty cup (for room temperature cold brew) under the portafilter.
- Press the 'Cold Brew' button on the touchscreen. The machine will initiate the cold brew cycle.
- The process will complete automatically.
5.4 Making Americano
- Prepare a single or double espresso shot as described in section 5.2.
- While the espresso is brewing, heat water separately or use the steam wand to dispense hot water into your cup.
- Once the espresso is ready, add it to the hot water in your cup.
- Alternatively, select the 'Americano' option on the touchscreen, which will brew an espresso and then dispense hot water.
5.5 Milk Frothing

- Fill the detachable milk frothing container with milk (dairy or non-dairy) up to the 'MAX' line.
- Connect the milk frothing container to the steam wand.
- Place a cup under the frothing spout.
- Press the 'Steam' button on the touchscreen. The light will indicate when preheating is complete.
- Turn the steam knob to the 'ON' position to begin frothing. Adjust the steam wand position to achieve desired foam consistency.
- Once frothing is complete, turn the steam knob to 'OFF' and remove the milk container.
- Immediately clean the steam wand after each use to prevent milk residue buildup.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
6.1 Daily Cleaning
- Drip Tray: Empty and clean the detachable drip tray after each use.
- Portafilter & Baskets: Remove used coffee grounds and rinse the portafilter and filter baskets under warm water.
- Steam Wand: Immediately wipe the steam wand with a damp cloth after frothing milk. Run a short burst of steam to clear any internal milk residue.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
6.2 Water Tank Cleaning
- Remove the water tank from the machine.
- Wash the tank with mild detergent and warm water.
