Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to install your mirrea outdoor wall light. It is recommended to have two people for easier installation.
- Prepare for Installation: Turn off power at the circuit breaker or fuse box to avoid electrical shock. Ensure the power is completely off before proceeding.
- Mount the Bracket: Attach the mounting bracket (included) to your junction box using the provided screws. Ensure the bracket is level and securely fastened to the wall.
- Connect Wiring: Carefully connect the electrical wires. Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire from the junction box (live/hot). Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire from the junction box (neutral). Connect the ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box. Secure all connections with wire nuts.
- Secure the Fixture: Align the fixture base with the mounting bracket and secure it using the provided small screws, typically two on each side. Ensure the fixture is flush against the wall and stable.
- Install the Bulb: To access the bulb socket, locate the bottom screw on the fixture's cage. Remove this screw and gently rotate the caged lamp assembly to the left. Insert a compatible E26 base bulb (T9/T10 vintage bulb, 12-inch length recommended, max 60W) into the socket.
- Close the Fixture: Rotate the caged lamp assembly back into its original position and reinsert the bottom screw to secure it.
- Restore Power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker. Test the light fixture to ensure it functions correctly.

The mirrea 18-inch Industrial Outdoor Wall Light operates like a standard wall-mounted fixture. Once installed and powered, it can be controlled by a wall switch (not included). This fixture is dimmable, provided you use a dimmable E26 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch.
