Setup and Initial Configuration

Setting Time and Date:

1. In normal time display mode, press the MODE button (top left) repeatedly until the seconds start flashing. This indicates you are in time setting mode.
2. Press the RESET button (bottom right) to cycle through the settings: seconds → hour → minute → year → month → day.
3. Use the START button (top right) to adjust the flashing value. Hold to increase rapidly.
4. Once all settings are correct, press the MODE button to exit setting mode and return to normal time display.

12/24-Hour Format Selection:

In normal time display mode, press the START button (top right) to toggle between 12-hour (AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.

Operating Instructions

Using the Backlight:

Press the LIGHT button (bottom left) to illuminate the display for a few seconds, allowing for easy reading in dark environments.

Stopwatch Function:

1. From normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter Stopwatch mode. The display will show "00:00:00".
2. Press the START button (top right) to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the START button again to pause the stopwatch.
4. Press the RESET button (bottom right) to reset the stopwatch to "00:00:00" while it is paused.
5. Press the MODE button to exit Stopwatch mode.

Alarm Function:

1. From normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter Alarm mode. The alarm time will be displayed.
2. Press the RESET button (bottom right) to select the hour or minute to set.
3. Use the START button (top right) to adjust the flashing value.
4. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, press the START button while in Alarm mode (without any digits flashing). An alarm icon will appear/disappear.
5. Press the MODE button to exit Alarm mode.

Countdown Timer Function:

1. From normal time display, press the MODE button three times to enter Countdown Timer mode.
2. Press the RESET button (bottom right) to select the hour, minute, or second to set.
3. Use the START button (top right) to adjust the flashing value.
4. Once the desired countdown time is set, press the START button to begin the countdown.
5. Press START again to pause/resume the countdown.
6. Press RESET to reset the countdown to the initial set time.
7. Press the MODE button to exit Countdown Timer mode.

Dual Time Function:

This watch supports dual time zones. To set the second time zone:

1. From normal time display, press the MODE button four times to enter Dual Time mode.
2. The hour digits will flash. Use the START button (top right) to adjust the hour.
3. Press the RESET button (bottom right) to move to the minute setting. Use the START button to adjust the minute.
4. Press the MODE button to exit Dual Time setting mode.

Maintenance and Care

• Water Resistance: Your watch is 30M water resistant. This means it can withstand splashes, rain, and handwashing. Do not press any buttons while the watch is wet or submerged. Do not use for swimming, diving, or showering with hot water.
• Cleaning: Wipe the watch case and strap with a soft, dry cloth. For stainless steel, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Temperature: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for prolonged periods, as this can affect battery life and accuracy.
