3. Device Overview

The Ultralink Pocket Router features a compact design with a built-in antenna. It includes a display for status indicators and a power button for operation.
4. Setup Instructions
- Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the router using the provided charging cable and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The battery capacity is 3650mAh.
- Insert SIM Card: Locate the SIM card slot on the device. Carefully insert a compatible 4G LTE or 3G UMTS SIM card into the slot. Ensure the SIM card is correctly oriented as indicated on the device.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the device powers on and the display illuminates.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: On your computer, smartphone, or other Wi-Fi enabled device, search for available Wi-Fi networks. Select the network name (SSID) broadcast by your Ultralink Pocket Router. The default SSID and password can usually be found on a sticker inside the SIM card compartment or on the device packaging.
- Enter Password: Enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted to establish a connection.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the power button until the screen lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the power button until the device prompts you to power off, then confirm.
5.2 Checking Status Indicators
The device display shows important information such as battery level, signal strength, and Wi-Fi status. Refer to the on-screen icons for current operational status.
5.3 Connecting Multiple Devices
The router supports up to 10 users simultaneously. Follow the Wi-Fi connection steps (Section 4.4) for each device you wish to connect.
5.4 Battery Life
The 3650mAh battery provides over 50 hours of standby time and approximately 8 hours of continuous operation. Actual battery life may vary based on usage, network conditions, and environmental factors.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Avoid liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% and recharge every few months.
- Avoid Water: This device is not waterproof. Keep it away from water and high humidity.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Internet Connection:
- Ensure a valid and active SIM card is correctly inserted.
- Check for network signal strength on the device display.
- Verify that your SIM card plan has active data.
- Restart the router and your connected device.
- Slow Internet Speed:
- Move to an area with better network coverage.
- Reduce the number of connected devices.
- Check for any data caps or throttling from your SIM card provider.
- Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Ensure the router is powered on and broadcasting a Wi-Fi signal.
- Verify the Wi-Fi password entered is correct.
- Restart both the router and the device attempting to connect.
- Device Not Powering On:
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a power source and try again.
