Operating Instructions
Gas Grill Operation
- Pre-Operation Check: Ensure all gas connections are tight and there are no obstructions in the burner ports.
- Lighting the Burners: Open the grill lid. Turn on the gas supply at the propane tank. Push and turn a control knob to the HIGH position. Press the electronic ignition button to ignite the burner. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob off, wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
- Temperature Control: Adjust the control knobs to achieve the desired cooking temperature. The grill features three 12,000 BTU tube burners and one 13,000 BTU infrared burner.
