  • Electrical Safety: Always ensure the fan is unplugged before cleaning, servicing, or moving. Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug.
  • Placement: Mount the fan securely to a solid wall or ceiling structure. Avoid mounting on drywall or thin wood without proper reinforcement. Ensure the fan is positioned away from curtains, drapes, or any objects that may get caught in the blades.
  • Usage: This fan is designed for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors or in wet locations. Keep hands, hair, clothing, and loose objects away from the fan blades during operation.

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to properly assemble and mount your CAMMOO wall fan. Tools required (not included): Cross screwdriver, small wrench, hammer, electric drill.

  1. Assemble the Fan Grill and Blade:
Unscrew the four screws from the face of the motor body. Attach the rear grill to the motor body using these screws. Securely attach the fan blades to the motor shaft. Place the front grill over the blades and secure it to the rear grill using the provided clips and a small screw.
  2. Assemble the Wall Bracket:
Connect the curved arm of the wall bracket to the fan's motor body. Tighten the bolt to secure it.
  3. Mount the Fan:
Choose a suitable mounting location. For optimal performance and safety, mount the fan on concrete or brick walls. Avoid drywall or thin wood unless properly reinforced. The recommended mounting height is 7.2-8.2 ft. Use the provided screws to securely attach the wall panel to the chosen surface. Then, attach the column base to the wall panel. Finally, install the assembled fan onto the column base.
  4. Adjust Tilt:
Manually adjust the fan head to your desired tilt angle (up to 30 degrees).
  5. Connect Power and Remote:
Plug the 6.6 ft power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Connect the 3.3 ft wired remote control to the fan. Secure the remote control panel to a convenient location on the wall using the provided screw.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your fan.

  • Cleaning: Always unplug the fan before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals. The fan blades can be carefully wiped clean.
  • Motor: The dual-ball bearing copper motor is permanently lubricated and requires no additional lubrication.
  • Storage: If storing the fan for an extended period, cover it to protect from dust and store in a dry location.

6. Troubleshooting

If your fan is not operating correctly, refer to the following common issues and solutions:

  • Fan Does Not Turn On:
Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the wired remote's power switch is in the 'On' position. Verify that the circuit breaker has not tripped.
  • Reduced Airflow:
Check for any obstructions around the fan blades or grilles. Ensure the fan blades are clean and free of dust buildup.
  • Unusual Noise or Vibration:
Ensure all mounting screws and connections are tight. Check if the fan blades are securely attached and not bent or damaged.
  • Oscillation Not Working:
Verify that the oscillation switch on the wired remote is engaged.
  • Overheat Shutdown:
If the fan shuts off unexpectedly, it may have overheated. Unplug the fan, allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes, and then restart. Ensure adequate ventilation around the motor.
