1. Setup

1.1 Package Contents

Before you begin, please verify that all items are present in the package:

1.2 Initial Charging

For first-time use, fully charge the tablet. Connect the Type-C cable to the tablet's charging port and the other end to the provided 18W fast charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet. The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge may take several hours.

1.3 Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (usually located on the side) until the MAXLEGEN logo appears on the screen.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options appear. Select "Power off" and confirm.
  • To Restart: Press and hold the Power button until the power options appear. Select "Restart" and confirm.

1.4 SIM Card and MicroSD Card Installation

The MAXLEGEN M14 supports dual Nano SIM cards and a MicroSD card for expandable storage up to 1TB.

  1. Locate the SIM tray on the side of the tablet.
  2. Insert the SIM tray eject tool into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
  3. Carefully place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the cards are correctly oriented as indicated on the tray.
  4. Gently push the tray back into the tablet until it clicks into place.
