Setup Instructions
- Connect HDMI Source: Connect the HDMI output of your source device (e.g., DVD player, set-top box) to the HDMI input port on the converter using an HDMI cable.
- Connect to Display: Connect the SCART output of the converter to the SCART input port of your television or display using a SCART cable.
- Select Video Format: Select the desired video output format (PAL or NTSC) using the switch located on the converter. Move the switch to the left for PAL or to the right for NTSC, depending on your region's standard.

Operating Instructions
Once all connections are made and power is supplied, the converter will automatically process the HDMI signal and output it via the SCART connection. Ensure your television or display is set to the correct SCART input channel to view the content.
