3. Physical Components and Ports

4. Setup

4.1 Powering On

  1. Connect the power cable to the AC Power Input port on the projector and then to a power outlet.

  3. For first-time use, it is recommended to fully charge the projector's internal battery.

4.2 Placement and Positioning

The HA109 projector's 0.9:1 short throw ratio allows for a large image even in smaller spaces. It supports projection screen sizes from 40 to 120 inches, with 60-120 inches being optimal.

4.3 Focus and Keystone Correction

To ensure a clear and rectangular image:

  • Manual Focus: Rotate the Focus Wheel on the front of the projector until the image appears sharp.
  • 4-Point Keystone Correction: Access the 'Keystone' setting in the menu to adjust the image corners individually, correcting for distorted images when the projector is not perfectly aligned with the screen. The projector also features automatic keystone adjustment.
  • Zoom Function: Adjust the image size from 50% to 100% via the settings menu to fit your screen without moving the projector.

4.4 Network and Bluetooth Connectivity

The HA109 supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 for robust wireless connections.

5. Operating the Projector

5.1 Remote Control and Mobile App

5.2 Source Selection

To select your input source, navigate to Source on the home screen or via the remote/app.

  • HDMI: Select this option to display content from a device connected via the HDMI port.
  • Screen Mirroring: Choose between DLNA, Airscreen, GoogleCast, Miracast, or AirPlay to wirelessly cast content from your smartphone or tablet.

  • Storage: When not in use, store the projector in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting
