  3. Assemble: Place the removable enameled tank into the main body of the deep fryer. Ensure it is seated correctly.
  4. Install Heating Element: Position the heating element and control panel unit securely onto the back of the deep fryer body. Ensure the safety switch on the back of the heating element unit is fully engaged with the slot on the fryer body. The unit will not power on if not correctly installed.
  5. Add Oil: Pour cooking oil into the removable tank, ensuring the oil level is between the MIN and MAX fill lines indicated inside the tank. Do not overfill or underfill.
  6. Place Baskets: Insert the desired fryer baskets into the oil tank.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to operate your deep fryer:

  1. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  2. Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control knob to your desired frying temperature. The adjustable temperature range is 266°F (130°C) to 374°F (190°C). The red indicator light will illuminate, indicating the heating element is active.
  3. Activate Heating: The timer knob also functions as the power switch. Turn the timer knob from the 'OFF' position to a desired time setting to begin heating the oil. The green indicator light will illuminate when the oil reaches the set temperature.
  4. Preheat Oil: Allow the oil to preheat until the green indicator light turns on, signaling that the set temperature has been reached. This may take several minutes depending on the oil volume and desired temperature.
  5. Load Food: Carefully place food into the fryer basket(s). Do not overload the baskets, as this can lower the oil temperature and result in soggy food.
  6. Lower Basket: Slowly lower the basket(s) containing food into the hot oil. Be cautious of oil splatters.
  7. Fry Food: Fry for the recommended time or until food is golden brown and cooked through. Use the viewing window on the lid to monitor progress without opening the lid.
  8. Remove Food: Once cooked, carefully lift the basket(s) and hook them onto the side of the oil tank to allow excess oil to drain.
  9. Serve: Transfer fried food to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any remaining oil.
  10. Turn Off: After use, turn the temperature knob to the lowest setting and the timer knob to 'OFF'. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
