2. Safety Information

4. Setup

The Litheli Electric Wagon Cart W1 is designed for quick and easy setup.

4.1 Unfolding the Wagon

  1. Place the folded wagon on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Grasp the handle and pull upwards to begin unfolding the frame.
  3. Push down on the center of the wagon's base until it fully expands and locks into place. Ensure all frame components are securely extended.

4.2 Battery Installation and Charging

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the side of the wagon.
  2. Insert the Litheli 20,000mAh battery into the compartment, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
  3. Before first use, fully charge the battery using the provided charging cable. Connect the cable to the battery and a suitable power source. The battery indicator will show charging status.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On and Off

  • To power on, ensure the battery is installed and press the power button on the handle.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button until the indicator lights turn off.

5.2 Variable Speed Control

The wagon features variable speeds from 0.6 to 1.3 m/s.

  1. Adjust the speed dial wheel on the handle to match your desired walking pace.
  2. The wagon is equipped with a soft start feature for smooth acceleration.

5.3 Loading and Transport

  • The wagon has a 200L capacity and supports up to 300 lbs.

5.4 Folding for Storage

The wagon folds to a 1:4 ratio for compact storage.

  1. Remove all contents from the wagon.
  2. Locate the pull strap in the center of the wagon's base.
  3. Pull the strap upwards to initiate the folding mechanism.
  4. Gently push the sides together until the wagon is fully collapsed.
  5. Secure the folded wagon with any integrated latches or straps.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • The 600D waterproof Oxford liner is removable and washable. Remove the liner and clean it according to fabric care instructions.
