2. Safety Information
- Dry Food Only: This feeder is designed exclusively for dry pet food. Do not use wet, moist, or canned food.
- Power Source: Use only the provided power adapter. Ensure the power cord is not chewed by pets.
- Battery Backup: For uninterrupted feeding during power outages, install 3 D-cell batteries (not included).
- Placement: Place the feeder on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Child and Pet Safety: Keep the feeder out of reach of small children. Ensure pets do not tamper with the feeder's internal mechanisms.

4. Setup
4.1 Unboxing and Initial Assembly
Follow these steps to set up your feeder:

- Unpack: Press the lock buckle to open the lid. Take out all accessories and remove all packing materials from inside the food hopper.
- Install Batteries (Optional): Plug in the DC cable. For backup power in case of a power outage, install 3 D-cell batteries (not included) into the battery compartment at the bottom of the main unit.
- Place Bowls: Insert the stainless steel bowls into their designated slots in the bowl holder.
- Insert Desiccant: Open the desiccant box located inside the lid and place the included desiccant packet inside. Close the desiccant box.
- Fill Food Hopper: Unlock the top lid, fill the transparent 5L hopper with dry pet food, and then securely lock the lid by closing it.
- Connect Power: Plug the included power adapter into the feeder's power port and then into a wall outlet. The LED display will light up, indicating the feeder is on.
