4. Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer:
- Attach Nozzle/Foam Pot: Connect the desired 6-in-1 nozzle or foam pot to the front of the pressure washer unit. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
- Connect Stop Valve and Hose: Attach the stop valve to the water inlet on the pressure washer unit. Then, connect the 16.5FT extra-strong hose to the stop valve.
- Install Battery: Slide a fully charged 21V battery into the battery slot at the base of the pressure washer handle until it locks.

5. Initial Setup
Before operating your pressure washer, ensure proper water connection:
- Charge Batteries: Fully charge both 21V 4.0Ah batteries using the provided fast charger. The battery indicator lights will show charging status.
- Connect Water Source: Choose your preferred water source:
- From Water Tap: Use the included faucet connector to attach the hose directly to a standard water tap.
- From Bucket/Pool/River: Attach the enhanced weighted filter to the end of the 16.5FT hose and place it into a bucket, pool, or river. The weighted filter helps keep the hose submerged and removes impurities.
- From Bottle: Use the bottle connector with straw to draw water directly from a compatible bottle.
- Prime the Pump: Before starting, ensure the hose is submerged in water (if using a bucket/pool) or connected to a running tap. Squeeze the trigger for a few seconds to allow water to flow through the system and remove any air.

6. Operating Instructions
Operating your Highsam pressure washer is straightforward:
- Power On: Press the power button on the unit. The battery indicator will light up.
- Select Nozzle Pattern: Rotate the 6-in-1 nozzle to select the desired spray pattern (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, concentrated jet, or shower mode) based on your cleaning task.
- Adjust Pressure: Use the pressure adjustment buttons on the unit to select the appropriate pressure level for the surface you are cleaning.
- Apply Foam (Optional): If using the foam pot, fill it with appropriate cleaning solution. Attach it to the pressure washer. The foam pot is ideal for applying soap to vehicles or other surfaces before rinsing.
