6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning
To clean the keyboard, first disconnect it from all power sources. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. For deeper cleaning, remove keycaps and switches using the provided tools. Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the switches. Clean keycaps with mild soap and water, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching.
6.2. Switch and Keycap Replacement
The hot-swappable design allows for easy replacement of switches and keycaps. Use the switch puller to carefully remove switches by gripping them firmly and pulling straight up. To install new switches, align the pins with the sockets and press down gently until they click into place. Ensure pins are not bent. Keycaps can be removed with a keycap puller or by hand, and new ones pressed onto the switch stems.

7. Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding: Ensure the keyboard is properly connected (wired, 2.4GHz receiver, or Bluetooth paired). Check the mode switch on the back of the keyboard. If using wireless, ensure the battery is charged.
- Keys not registering: For hot-swappable keyboards, ensure switches are fully seated in their sockets. Remove and re-insert any problematic switches.
- RGB lighting not working: Check the FN+| key combination to ensure lighting is enabled and adjusted. If using VIA, verify lighting settings in the software.
- Bluetooth connectivity issues: Ensure the keyboard is in Bluetooth mode and your device's Bluetooth is enabled. Try unpairing and re-pairing the keyboard. Ensure no other devices are interfering.
- 2.4GHz wireless issues: Ensure the 2.4GHz receiver is securely plugged into a USB port and the keyboard is in 2.4G mode. Try a different USB port.
- Battery not charging: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and a working power source. Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
