3. Product Overview

4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, ensure the camera's internal battery is fully charged. Connect the camera to a standard 5V USB power adapter (not included) using a compatible cable for at least 8 hours. The solar panel will maintain the charge once installed, but initial charging is crucial for optimal performance.
4.2 SIM Card and Memory Card Installation
- Locate the SIM card slot and MicroSD card slot, usually protected by a rubber cover on the camera body.
- Insert a compatible 4G cellular SIM card (not included) into the SIM card slot with the metal contacts facing down. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Insert the provided 64 GB MicroSD card into the MicroSD card slot with the metal contacts facing down. Push until it clicks.
- Securely close the rubber cover to maintain the IP65 weather-resistant rating.
4.3 App Installation and Camera Pairing
- Download the "V380 Pro" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store).
- Register for an account and log in.
- Power on the camera. Wait for the camera to announce "Waiting for configuration" or similar.
- In the app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
- Select "4G Camera" or "Add Device via 4G".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to scan the QR code on the camera or manually enter the device ID.
- Once connected, you can name your camera and begin live viewing.
4.4 Mounting the Camera
Choose a location with good 4G signal reception and direct sunlight exposure for the solar panel. The camera has an IP65 waterproof rating, suitable for outdoor use.
- Mark the drilling points on the wall or mounting surface using the mounting bracket as a template.
- Drill holes and insert wall plugs if necessary.
- Attach the mounting bracket to the surface using the provided screws.
- Secure the camera unit to the mounting bracket. Adjust the angle of the solar panel to maximize sun exposure.

5. Operation
5.1 Live View and Recording
- Open the V380 Pro app and select your camera from the device list.
- The live video feed will appear. You can switch between standard definition (SD) and high definition (HD) for 4 MP clarity.
- Tap the record button to manually start/stop video recording. Recordings are saved to the MicroSD card or cloud storage (if subscribed).
5.2 Pan, Tilt, and Zoom (PTZ) Control
The camera offers 360-degree surveillance. Use the directional controls within the app to pan (left/right) and tilt (up/down) the camera lens. Digital zoom may also be available.
5.3 Night Vision Modes
The camera supports dual-light technology for enhanced night vision up to 30 feet.
- Infrared Mode: Provides clear black and white video in complete darkness using IR LEDs.
- Color Night Vision: When motion is detected, the white light LEDs can activate to provide full-color video, acting as a deterrent. This mode can usually be configured in the app settings.
5.4 Motion Detection and Alerts
- Enable motion detection in the app settings. You can adjust sensitivity levels and set detection zones.
- When motion is detected, the camera will automatically record video and send push notifications to your smartphone.

Use the microphone and speaker functions in the app to communicate with individuals near the camera.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the camera lens and solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Do not use harsh chemicals.
- Solar Panel Efficiency: Ensure the solar panel is free from obstructions (leaves, snow) to maintain optimal charging.
- Firmware Updates: Check the V380 Pro app periodically for firmware updates to ensure your camera has the latest features and security patches.
- Battery Health: In prolonged periods of low sunlight, the camera's battery may deplete. Consider temporarily charging the camera via USB if necessary.
